The Philosophy

"The Process Gives Achievement Its Meaning"

Living an intentional life is trending right now, and with that comes the realisation that the process gives achievements its meaning. In A Fly in the Soup, our protagonists live that realisation as successful restaurateurs. In visual storytelling, we often focus on the more significant, more dramatic actions and tend to cut out the mundane. In real life, it is precisely those tiny moments that are at the core of accomplishments, and taking part in them makes us feel involved and is a source of inspiration.

The Approach

No Tutorials | No Kitchen Drama | Pure Observation

A Fly in the Soup adopts a documentary format that captivates and enthrals viewers. The show's addictive and slow-paced nature ensures that audiences are fully immersed in the culinary journey, fostering a genuine connection and appreciation for the featured individuals and their craft.
